About the Role
Cookie3 is in search of a Community Manager to lead our efforts in building and nurturing a vibrant, engaged community. This role is key to developing a strong, interactive community presence, particularly in the realms of DeFi, NFT, crypto and other Web3 sectors. You'll be responsible for creating and executing community engagement strategies, fostering meaningful relationships, and amplifying the voice and presence of Cookie3 across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster engagement, growth, and loyalty within the Cookie3 community, particularly in the Web3 space.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with community members, influencers, and other stakeholders, driving meaningful interactions and promoting brand advocacy.
- Content Creation: Generate compelling, relevant content tailored to our community’s interests, keeping them informed and excited about Cookie3's developments.
- Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the community and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Organize and coordinate community events, both virtual and in-person (as applicable), to strengthen community ties and enhance brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2-5 years in community management, social media, or related roles with a focus on blockchain & crypto.
- Community Insight: Strong understanding of community dynamics with the ability to engage diverse groups effectively.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Creative & Strategic Approach: Creative thinker with the ability to strategize and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment, maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
