About the Role
Cookie3 is on the lookout for a KOL Partnership Manager, focusing on establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the DeFi, NFT, GameFi, crypto and other Web3 sectors. This role is pivotal in identifying influential KOLs, crafting mutually beneficial partnerships, and driving Cookie3's brand presence and influence across Twitter.
Responsibilities
- KOL Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative strategies for engaging and collaborating with KOLs, particularly those with a foothold in crypto and Web3.
- KOL Partnership Cultivation: Proactively identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with KOLs to amplify Cookie3's reach and impact, working in tandem with internal teams for insightful business outcomes.
- Cross-functional Teamwork: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, contributing strategic insights and spearheading initiatives that resonate in the market.
- Leadership Potential: Opportunity to lead a specialized KOL partnerships team, depending on performance and business needs.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, KOL activities, and emerging opportunities in the Web3 domain, translating insights into innovative partnership strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in KOL management, partnerships, or related roles in a fast-paced tech environment, with a strong background in blockchain & crypto.
- KOL Network Knowledge: Deep understanding of Twitter KOLs.
- Communication Proficiency: Outstanding English communication skills (both written and oral).
- Innovative and Strategic Mindset: Proactive, innovative thinking ability, comfortable in a dynamic startup atmosphere, with a keen entrepreneurial flair.
